- Experience Been a youth leader since I was 18 in some capacity. I have been a full-time pastor (still sounds strange) for 15 years.
- Favorite Music Where do I start? Almost every conceivable style out there if its good. I gravitate most towards electronic, classisical, jazz, folk and rock.
- Favorite Books (other than the Bible) Celebration of Discipline, Divine Conspiracy, Practice of the Presence of God and many others.
- Favorite Hobby Anything that involves creating something. Composing music and writing are up at the top, then outdoor sports and boxing. Love spending time with my boys and Chris (my wife), oh and of course drinking good strong coffee.
- Best Movie of All Time It’s A Wonderful Life. Glory. Band of Brothers. Others.
- Why are you a leader at Fusion? Spiritual answer: God led me here. Heart answer: I love these teens and deeply appreciate there many levels. Both are true.
- Favorite Fusion memory… so far Jess Farber scaring a whole big youth group with her enthusiasm at Dairy Hut in Kentucky. That one is etched in my memory forever.

- Why are you a leader at Fusion? I really enjoy it and this is a key time in people’s live, so there is a great chance to have an impact. But really we are all doing this because God led us to this time.

- The Basics I’m 46 years old. Happily Married 26 years. I am a school nurse at Robeson Elementary. I have 2 children – Sara is 21 and attends Millersville U. Darris is 18 and graduating from Twin Valley.

- Why are you a leader at Fusion? My reason for being in youth ministry is this unexplainable, God-given passionate love for teens. To see them “make it” thru teendom in tact & in Christ.
- Favorite Fusion memory… so far My favorite Fusion memory is Sat nites at SLW- Seeing our young men be real men and our young women connecting to each other. (Godly One anothering at it’s best) Too awesome for words.

- Experience I am a mom, wife and Occupational Therapist working with secial needs kids. I was raised in a jewish household and came to know the Lord in my 20’s. I went to college in NJ. I like to read, hike, sleep, talk and pray.

- Why are you a leader at Fusion? I have lived a life with lots of bad choices but thanks to the grace of God make more good choices than bad and want to share that with our youth and guide them to the truth of Jesus Christ.

- Experience 23 years.single but attached.educated by RACC for one year. spent some time with YWAM Norway. No kids and no pets.currently working at the Children’s Home of Reading as a youth worker.I grew up going to Hopewell and have been working with kids and youth for the past four years. - Why are you a leader at Fusion? I started out doing sound for Sr. High but started connecting with the Middle Schoolers so I switched over to Middle School in December of 2008.
- Favorite Fusion memory… so far Hmmmm…becoming good enough friends with the youth that we hang out outside of Fusion

- The Basics Travel Consultant planning vacation trips to all seven continents. Wife, mother , grandmother and great aunt are my favorite roles in this life.

- The Basics I’m 24 and married to Justin. I attended Millersville University and now teach middle school social studies at Conestoga Christian School.
- Experience This is my first time being a leader in any type of youth ministry, but I spend lots of time during the school day with kids!
- Favorite Music Anything that makes me want to sing or dance along!

- Favorite Hobby Traveling and hanging out with the husband. I also enjoy a good afternoon nap.
- Best Movie of All Time Dirty Dancing. I know, so corny, but so good!
- Why are you a leader at Fusion? God. He has put kids on my heart and I hope in some way I can make a difference.
- Favorite Fusion memory… so far I have only been a part of Fusion for a few weeks now, but seeing the way the kids surrender to God during worship is always powerful and inspiring. I also have to give some props to the drama team and their awesome performance of the “Life House Skit” on Youth Sunday.
