1. The Basics 38 years old, married over 15 years, 2 great and crazy boys, various college courses that never amounted to a hill of beans.
2. Experience Been a youth leader since I was 18 in some capacity. I have been a full-time pastor (still sounds strange) for 15 years.
3. Favorite Music Where do I start? Almost every conceivable style out there if its good. I gravitate most towards electronic, classisical, jazz, folk and rock.
4. Favorite Books (other than the Bible) Celebration of Discipline, Divine Conspiracy, Practice of the Presence of God and many others.
5. Favorite Hobby Anything that involves creating something. Composing music and writing are up at the top, then outdoor sports and boxing. Love spending time with my boys and Chris (my wife), oh and of course drinking good strong coffee.
6. Best Movie of All Time It’s A Wonderful Life. Glory. Band of Brothers. Others.
7. Why are you a leader at Fusion? Spiritual answer: God led me here. Heart answer: I love these teens and deeply appreciate there many levels. Both are true.

1. Favorite Fusion memory… so far Jess Farber scaring a whole big youth group with her enthusiasm at Dairy Hut in Kentucky. That one is etched in my memory forever.

1. Favorite Fusion memory… so far either building a human tower to retrieve a shoe, or watching brandon p slip into the creek at spiritual life and than proceed to look like a 3 year old who had just peed himself.

2. The Basics 23 years old, studied at Millersville University, I now teach general music and choral at Phoenixville Middle School.
3. Experience I have been involved with youth groups on and off for years. This is my first experience being a leader.

5. Favorite Books (other than the Bible) I can’t read (but seriously, “To Kill A Mockingbird,” “Case For Christ,” and “Catch 22.”
6. Favorite Hobby Sitting in coffee houses and reading
7. Best Movie of All Time Hmmmm….I hate questions like this…I guess I would have to say “Beautiful Mind.” (but there are so many others that I love!!)
8. Why are you a leader at Fusion? To connect and work with young adults who want to know God more and have crazy, mad fun doing it!

8. Why are you a leader at Fusion? I really enjoy it and this is a key time in people’s live, so there is a great chance to have an impact. But really we are all doing this because God led us to this time.

2. The Basics I’m 46 years old. Happily Married 26 years. I am a school nurse at Robeson Elementary. I have 2 children – Sara is 21 and attends Millersville U. Darris is 18 and graduating from Twin Valley.

4. Favorite Music I love good worship music and country/blue grass music.
5. Favorite Books (other than the Bible) I loved “The Hiding Place” , “Christie” & “A Thousand Tomorrows” & many christian mystery books
6. Favorite Hobby My favorite hobby is horses, grooming, watching, riding, smelling, I love horses .

8. Why are you a leader at Fusion? My reason for being in youth ministry is this unexplainable, God-given passionate love for teens. To see them “make it” thru teendom in tact & in Christ.

1. Favorite Fusion memory… so far My favorite Fusion memory is Sat nites at SLW- Seeing our young men be real men and our young women connecting to each other. (Godly One anothering at it’s best) Too awesome for words.

2. The Basics 23, almost 24 (feb. 25). Married. Manheim Township HS, Eastern University — BA Organizational Communications, Cultural Anthropology, Leadership Studies; currently work at HCF as Tech Arts Director. Need more income, any thoughts anyone?
3. Experience Young Life Leadership in HS and early college. Day Camp Counselor two summers. Camp Haluwasa Music Director/Ropes Course Director/Counselor. Teaching Aide for Jr. High. Jr. High Track Coach
4. Favorite Music I favor anything with a strong melody and thoughtful/clever lyrical message. If it just has a good beat or is simply what’s popular at the time, it does nothing for me. sorry to all you hip-hop and emo/punk/metal fans, I don’t consider you music.

2. Experience I am a mom, wife and Occupational Therapist working with secial needs kids. I was raised in a jewish household and came to know the Lord in my 20’s. I went to college in NJ. I like to read, hike, sleep, talk and pray.
3. Favorite Music Boring…Praise and worship music.
4. Favorite Books (other than the Bible) The Zoo keepers Wife by Dianne Ackerman(a book about Poland during world war II) and Oswald Chambers my Utmost for His Highest.
5. Favorite Hobby Having Tea with friends, reading and people watching.
6. Best Movie of All Time he original Disney Jungle Book and The Quiet Man with John Wayne(dating myself aren’t I).
7. Why are you a leader at Fusion? I have lived a life with lots of bad choices but thanks to the grace of God make more good choices than bad and want to share that with our youth and guide them to the truth of Jesus Christ.

2. Experience 23 years.single but attached.educated by RACC for one year. spent some time with YWAM Norway. No kids and no pets.currently working at the Children’s Home of Reading as a youth worker.I grew up going to Hopewell and have been working with kids and youth for the past four years. I drive a Saturn.
3. Favorite Music the Clash, Ryan Adams, Nada Surf, Kanye West, Bob Dylan, Bright Eyes, Muse, Primal Scream. that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
4. Favorite Books (other than the Bible) The Sun also Rises, the Glass Castle, the Bell Jar, the Little Prince and the Confessions of St Augustine
5. Favorite Hobby Creating things with my hands, hiking, camping, learning how to surf, running, going to concerts, traveling/driving, and spending time with people in any of these ways!

1. Favorite Fusion memory… so far telling embarrassing moments during small group and the rock house in the wise man and the foolish man being acted out as a “rock house”(like the music).

3. Favorite Music The older I get the more I love Country Music and appreciate – Johnny Cash.
4. Favorite Books (other than the Bible) Bible, Messy Spirituality – Mike Yaconelli, Vintage Jesus – Mark Driscoll…. many others.
5. Favorite Hobby I enjoy working on my home – it is a “fixer-uper”.

5. Best Movie of All Time no such thing as best movie ever…lots of great movies but none can be called the “best”.
6. Why are you a leader at Fusion? I started out doing sound for Sr. High but started connecting with the Middle Schoolers so I switched over to Middle School in December of 2008.

2. The Basics Travel Consultant planning vacation trips to all seven continents. Wife, mother , grandmother and great aunt are my favorite roles in this life.
3. Experience Began in the fall of 1995 – 12 Really Fun and Rewarding Years!!!! And sometimes exausting i.e; all-nighters, retreats and mission trips.

8. Why are you a leader at Fusion? To encourage Spiritual Growth in students and young adults.

1. Favorite Fusion memory… so far Homeless Awareness Event – Spiritual Life Weekends – The fun games made up on the spot.

2. The Basics I’m 24 and married to Justin. I attended Millersville University and now teach middle school social studies at Conestoga Christian School.
3. Experience This is my first time being a leader in any type of youth ministry, but I spend lots of time during the school day with kids!
4. Favorite Music Anything that makes me want to sing or dance along!
5. Favorite Books (other than the Bible)
6. Favorite Hobby Traveling and hanging out with the husband. I also enjoy a good afternoon nap.
7. Best Movie of All Time Dirty Dancing. I know, so corny, but so good!
8. Why are you a leader at Fusion? God. He has put kids on my heart and I hope in some way I can make a difference.

1. Favorite Fusion memory… so far I have only been a part of Fusion for a few weeks now, but seeing the way the kids surrender to God during worship is always powerful and inspiring. I also have to give some props to the drama team and their awesome performance of the “Life House Skit” on Youth Sunday.
